When we accept your order, we aim to deliver your product(s) within the timescales outlined below. There are some postcodes where we cannot guarantee these timescales – see 'Exceptions to typical delivery timecales' for more information.

When buying online, you can request products be delivered to a Click & Collect location, or to an address of your choice within a specific delivery window. When you select a delivery date, we'll present both options if available, or just one option if circumstances dictate.

Some offers and promotions may have different delivery timescales, which will be outlined in the terms and conditions for each promotion. If you have any questions regarding your order, email

Products will sometimes arrive separately, but you won't incur any additional delivery charges. If you've ordered an item that won't be available for more than a week, it will be dispatched by your chosen method once available. We'll confirm by email once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure (e.g. a communal postal address or PO Box). If this impacts your order, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Sometimes, items may be delivered outside the published timed windows. If no-one is in when the courier calls, they'll leave a calling card with instructions on what to do next. You'll be responsible for paying any costs incurred for re-delivery.

Delivery timescales and charges: Dyson machines.

Prices are based on delivery to UK mainland.

Order before 7.30pm Monday - Friday or before 5.30pm Saturday - Sunday and, subject to availability, we'll dispatch your products the same day for next-day delivery to UK addresses (including the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Skye). We'll delay dispatch if you've requested delivery for a later date or time.

Vacuum cleaners, fans/purifiers, haircare and lighting products:

  • If your product is faulty and needs returning, call us on 0800 298 0298.

If you've changed your mind about an order, you can cancel within 35 days of receiving your machine(s). To cancel your order:

  • Email

We'll then arrange to collect your unwanted machines, free.

Hand dryers:

  • If you have a faulty Dyson Airblade™ hand dryer, call our dedicated team on 0800 345 7788 and select option 2.


  • If we've already collected an old machine you've asked us to recycle, we can't return it.


  • Machines bought as part of a bundle can be returned individually.
  • If you don't return everything included in the bundle, your refund will exclude the value of any items you're keeping.
  • These values are based on the item's individual price on at the time you placed your order.

Ordering accessories and spare parts.

We offer a range of genuine accessories and spares for many of our machines. Order online, or call 0800 298 0298 between 8am and 8pm (6pm at weekends). Postage and handling of £3.00 is charged on orders of £35 or under.

Alternatively, send a cheque or postal order (made payable to Dyson Ltd), to Dyson Ltd, Accessories, Tetbury Hill, Malmesbury, Wiltshire, SN16 0RP. All postal orders incur a £3.00 postage and handling charge.

You need to include:

  • Your cheque or postal order, with your name, address and your machine's serial number written on the back
  • Full details of the parts you require

Exceptions to typical delivery timescales.

We are unable to guarantee our usual next-working day delivery timescales to some (typically rural) postcodes. If your address's postcode is listed below, please allow extra time for your order to arrive. The timescales indicated are based on orders placed before 1pm, Monday-Friday.
